Technical requirements

The design, manufacture, inspection, installation, and use of the boiler must comply with the following standards:

  • TSG 11-2020: Boiler safety technical regulations
  • TSG 91-2021: Technical regulations for energy conservation and environmental protection of boilers
  • NB/T 47034-2021: Technical conditions of industrial boilers
  • NB/T 16508-2022: Shell boilers
  • GB50273-2022: Construction standards and acceptance of boiler installation work
  • GB/T 1576-2018: Water quality of industrial boilers
  • GB/T 13271-2014: Emission standards for atmospheric pollutants from boilers
  • NB/T 47055-2017: General technical conditions for the coating and packaging of boilers

After final assembly, a hydraulic pressure test must be conducted in accordance with GB/T 16508-2022 (Shell boilers).
The test pressure is set at 1.65 MPa with a holding duration of 20 minutes.

  • This boiler is suitable for three types of fuel: Oil, gas, and combined oil/gas
    • When using fuel oil A burner suitable for fuel oil must be used.
    • When using gas A burner suitable for gas must be used.
    • When using combined oil/gas A burner suitable for oil/gas must be used.
